Scam Details : | We are Importer, exporter, Indentor work In Dubai UAE since last 15 years ,we import mainly from China many things like bldg materials ,general hardware, sanitary ware and so many items for our customers Last Nov in Big5 Dubai fair we met one supplier named¡± Anping Zhonghesheng Hardware & wire mesh Co Ltd¡±, contact person ¡°Amy xu¡± Then in last Dec we sent her an inquiry of one container for Gi wire which was from our customer name¡± Night Prince Bldg Mat Trdg¡± and she quoted us price after some conversations through mail and skype we agreed her price and ask to make a Sells Contract. That time she asked us that she will make S/C and also shipment through their Shijiazhoung company name ¡°Shijiazhuang Zhongping Imp. & Exp. Co Ltd¡± ,as there return tax profitable for them. We agreed it and final an order and as per S/C we send advance payment of usd 2000.00. As per our demand before shipment she sent us 2 photo of container loading and 1 photo of wire roll and also send us weight slip scan copy of empty and loaded container. On above things we trust them and send balance payment of usd 18180.15 on 23 Feb,2014 and they sent us original documents and we clear container from Dubai port. But as our customer open container he shocked as container almost half then usual ,he called us and finally off-load container. The goods we received was only 4672 bundles(each bundle 3kg),while we paid for 8667 bundles means 26ton. Here in Dubai we also weight container loaded and empty according this the net goods weight is only 15010 kgs, it means 11000kgs short worth of usd 8624.00+usd 2050(for clearing goods) The photo and weight slip which they sent before final payment was fraud ,in weight slip there was only mention truck no and the bundles looking in container also not like found in our container ,it means they sent us photo and weight slip of other container. While in Dubai port weight slip there is clearly mentioned container no. |
