Scam Details : | Bantam undersigned Marian Daniel, residing in Bucharest, Romania, formulate this complaint against the perpetrator ZU JIAN ZHU, domiciled in Hong Kong, China, for committing the crime of fraud. on 01/20/2011 I sent USD 1540 for 8 phones. having raised money from Wester union I have never been able to get ahold of him. please help me solve this problem.
