Scam Details : | They offer top of the range daiwa and shimano rods and reels at reasonable prices. They say that all goods are in stock and will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. Once payment was sent, they tell you that they havent received it yet. They carry on with this for several weeks saying tha the money hasnt cleared to their small bank branch. I had a transfer search done by my bank. They then found the money in their account and then they were very busy and would take a few days to package. Cherry actually told me that the goods were packaged and ready to be sent while i was waiting for the money clear. After kicking up a stink and adding fraud ads on the Alibaba pages that they advertised on, they finally told me the goods had been sent. They wouldnt provide me with a tracking number. Then they told me that cherry had resigned and that they will put the order together straight away. Again they told me they had sent several of the reels but were still waiting on some. They gave me a tracking number. A week later i received a small box with one poor quality chinese made reel. After complaining again, they gave me the story of i had received the wrong order and my 25 reels had been sent to the USA. As soon as they were returned they would be sent to me. Of course all lies. Monica told me that they don't hold any imported stock and that they take the money and order the imported reels on the black market that are then smuggled into Shangdong from Shenzen. 8 weeks on and I'm still waiting for my reels or refund. |
